About MOS
Cooperation
MOS conducts the management and secretariat for partnerships such as professional associations and other organisations. The key word in those activities is ‘cooperation’ and it is all the same to us whether organisations or persons cooperate and whether they do so on a permanent or on a project basis.
We may provide our services at various levels. We may either offer you a full- service package or only certain elements of it. Our services are always customised to your needs. As a client you enjoy the synergy and efficiency benefits inherent in our procedures.
Assignment teams
We compose a team for each association or non-profit organisation contracting out (part of) the operations of its management and secretariat to us. This team is responsible for carrying out the assignment.
The assignment team reports to an association manager, who either may act only as a client relations manager reporting to the executive committee or the managing director or may also be involved in actually carrying out the assignment.
